Now more than ever it’s important to have a but of structure put in place. I know when I start the morning and nothing’s going on til the end of the day I’m not going to be doing anything. Having a plan in the morning is helpful and sets a tone for the rest of the day. That’s my goal during this quarantine to get in an actual rhythm and set something up.
An easy way to start one is think about how you want certain days to go. Are you going to mainly relax on your day off? Do you want to have a healthier day off? I ask because again we’re setting the tone. If you want a relaxing day start it off with a long nice shower. If a healthier day is on your list then schedule time to make a breakfast so you can start your day of to a healthier start.
The main thing I want you to take away from this post is it just takes one action. A simple positive change in your day can change your entire mindset for the day. You’d be surprised what you can do if you take that first step.
