These are actual cards I’m pulling guys, so, it’s reflective of what I’m personally going through. You’ll notice if you read my life posts then they’ll kind of line up. Like this card of the week Death a relationship is ending so it makes sense. Any way you want to know what the Death tarot card means right? Let’s move along.
What Does The Death Card?
The death card, much like a death in real life, means something in your life is coming to an end. Often times it’s perceived as negative but as many things in life it’s all about how you look at it.
Upright Death Tarot Card
upright the death card represents the end of an era. It’s symbolic that something that is no longer serving you is coming to an end. This is the time to become open-minded and welcome change into your life. It’s time to close one chapter of your life and begin writing another. As seen in last week’s tarot card, The tower, you know the importance of letting go of the past or negative situations. Holding on to the pass can lead to unnecessary physical and emotional pain.
Death can also represent transformation. While something may be ending you are welcoming in a new era to your life, a brand new chapter that you need to shed the weight of the past and be free to embrace the future. If you were looking for a sign to stop a habit, purge old belongings, or end a relationship you’ve outgrown, this is it!
Reversed Death Tarot Card
A reverse death card can mean you’re resisting change. You’re not willing to let go of your past and possibly stopping a much-needed change. Whatever you’re holding on to please realize that this change that his happening to you is to help you grow, not harm you.
The death ard can show that you’re going through a deep very personal inner transformation. You are releasing your negative viewpoints or thoughts that no longer serve you. You are making space for positive new changes in your life and shedding your old dead skin. Good for you.
