You know that old saying “Old habits die hard” it’s a fact. I’ve been dealing with my toxic ex for 2 years post-breakup.The question on your and my mind is why? Well, I think we all know why. I sincerely care about the guy, I […]
Sometimes there are certain events or say that resonate with us and make us want to live up to our full potential. I have to admit I don’t always live my life to the fullest. Sometimes, I’m tired, or I just can’t afford to […]
Don’t you wish you could wake up with flawless skin? Well, there is such thing as beauty sleep. Studies have shown that your body is in repair mode while you sleep, including your skin! So why not aid this process by adding some skin boosting goodies to the mix.
My favorite night-time sleep mask is by Korres Advanced Brightening Sleeping Facial, Wild Rose. It helps to hydrate and even out your skin tone and improve your skin texture while you’re resting. It also has anti-aging benefits thanks to the Vitamin C, what I love it that it’s super lightweight so it feels like a moisturizer. You can sleep however you’d like (like on your side to avoid smearing) and you don’t have to worry about rinsing it off in the morning.
My 2nd best is Shiseido Ibuki Sleeping Mask. This is a gel mask so you have to make sure you lay sleeping flat on your back. This mask helps with uneven skin tone, dullness, and dryness. I love this because it makes you look like you’ve had a full nights sleep and you only had 3 hours. Within three days I started to see the difference, not the full results, so it’s worth the sacrifice.
MY final baby is for Fresh Fresh black tea firming overnight mask. This mask is very moisturizing so I tend to only use it during the colder seasons or when my skin is very dry because it’s so hydrating. Of course, it also firms you face which is important for every woman no matter her age, if she wants to prevent signs of aging. It also helps with elasticity so you have some night bounce back action.
I know when you get your new crystals you’re so excited to use them. Before you do anything you need to make sure you clean and clear any negative energy they might have picked up along the way. Not sure how or just want to […]
If you stayed out a bit late or had one too many. It tends to show the next day whether you’re 25 or 35. You face is a bit swollen or you have bags. Whatever it is we have the cure for you. Puffy Face […]
If you’ve ever been curious as to why many people are excited by the new moon the reason is simple, a New Moon symbolizes a new beginning. It’s a fresh start that allows you to begin a new phase of life.
To prepare for the moon it is simple.
You’ll Need To Let Go Of Negativity.
This has been something that I’ve been struggling with lately but now is the perfect time to remedy this. On the day of the new moon cleanse yourself with sage and a feather, or take a relaxing salt bath to clear negative thoughts and energy.
Will help you find inner peace with yourself. It will also help bring your thoughts inward and bring focus to aspects of your life that you want to focus on.
Write down things you want in this Phase.
Make sure that you’re writing things that are necessary and of extreme importance to you. Avoid trying to change others, rather invoke change in yourself to help them. I limit my goals to around 4 or 5 things or less. This way I focus only on things I truly desire rather than trying to fill up a list.
Now you’re ready for your New Moon Ritual.
At the end of the day, it’s always nice to take a great relaxing bath to unwind. It’s good to have a nightly ritual because it calms your brain down and creates a calming environment. If you don’t have a ritual then I suggest […]
I was a smoker for 8 years of my life. I can honestly say I enjoyed it. It was not only a social thing for me but it was relaxing. I always came up with my best ideas when I smoked (or so I […]

When I tell people I meditate I always hear the same thing. “I need to meditate but I don’t know how!” Or the ever popular “I think too much to meditate.” Meditation is not something that comes naturally. Like everything it takes practice and consistency […]
