It is the ultimate beauty accessories that allow a woman to show off her personality and style better than any makeup or wardrobe ever could. With all that cut, color, and styling it’s no wonder after a while it can start looking dull or have a product overload.
Thank God for Hair Rehab! I love to heat style my hair and color treat it so sometimes I need to do some rehab to get it back to its glory. Here’s how I do rehab on my hair.
No 1. Invest in a Good Protein Mask
I’m talking to the girls who love to color or relax their hair. Your hair is mostly made up of protein and when you make any kind of chemical changes to it your strip away some protein which can cause breakage. In order to strengthen up your hair back up. My favorite is Aphogee it’s powerful enough to add strength but strong enough to add real strength to your hair.
No 2. Limit The Heating Tools
I know this is easier said than done, but it’s necessary. Give your hair time to heal after you cook it to get some of its nutrients back. If you’re worried about keeping your hair fresh for the next days try wrapping it up at night or tying it up with some curlers for the night. And try limiting the heat styling to once a week.
No 3. Moisturize
At least once a week or so deep condition your hair either with a natural mix or something store-bought. As long as your hair is getting some good deep conditioning nutrients you should be set for the week.
No 4. Trim iT
I know everyone hates getting a trim but it’s necessary! Damage ends only create more damage and no magic elixir will fix a split end, it’s better to cut off the damage and start a new.
