Get Your Glow On Without The Sun With This Awesome Recipe

Everyone loves a nice radiant glow. Sometimes with the late night parties and ‘fun’ meals and drinks your skin starts looking dull. This is when its important to pack nutrients back into your body to give you a healthy natural glow. No amount of products can produce that kind of glow! Fruits and veggies can get you there though. I don’t always have time to prepare a meal and wait so I created this yummy smoothie to get what I need to look and feel great.

I call this smoothie Get Glowin’ Girl. I used to drink this in the morning when I first started my healthy journey. I didnt know much but I knew I needed some greenery in my life! So I added a ton of veggies and a little fruit to help me out. After a few days my coworker told me how radiant and glowy my skin looks. Now whenever I feel like I look dull I whip this up, it makes me look and feel great!

1 handful of kale

1 handful of spinach

A banana

A cup of protein powder

1 ½ of water or almond milk

Mix all the ingredients in a blender and drink up. I will say I used water thinking I was cutting calories. All this did was make me hungry! This tastes way better with almond milk. Try it out and let me know your thoughts.
