I’m meal prep lover you only cook once a week and people praise you for it. It’s amazing. On my journey, I heard a lot about protein smoothie. I tried it before and I didn’t care for it. I never found a recipe that I liked, so I stopped. I but now I want something to keep me full without making a full meal. So protein smoothies are perfect for that.
Benefits Of Drinking Protein Smoothie
Using protein smoothies is a great way to get in additional nutrients and it helps keep your appetite in check. It also helps promote muscle growth which is great because muscles burn fat and you won’t look flabby when you lose your weight. The big point of that statement is you have to work out. Drinking protein smoothies without working out can lead to weight gain. That’s literally the opposite effect that we want, so drink this when you plan on working out.
The formula for a perfect protein smoothie is:
- Not too sugary.
- Nice and creamy
- and keeps me full

What Do You Need?
- 1 2/3 Chilled Coconut Milk
- 1 cup of spinach
- 1 Frozen Banana
- 2 Scoops of Vanilla Protein
Put it all in the blender and blend it all together till its super smooth is creamy. Drink it and feel super healthy.
